They say if you pursue your passion, you'll never work a day in your life. For me my passion has been words.
My home province of Saskatchewan offers some unique stories. Over the 20 plus years I've worked as a writer I've been privileged to tell some of those stories and my words have taken me places I never dreamed.
My words have gotten me some cool gigs, such as arts and entertainment intern at a daily newspaper, radio ad copywriter, and 10 years as a producer and word monkey in custom content studio at Content Works - Postmedia.
I've voiced radio columns on the Saskatchewan Roughriders, interviewed the famous and not-so famous, written liner notes for a rock band's album, and crafted countless articles for magazines and newspapers across the country.
This website will serve as my home on the internet. I will spotlight some of my favourite stories and share the journey of writing a novel, a memoir, and anything else that involves the passionate pursuit of words.
